>>if you have L# opened. Close LeagueSharp Launcher. (a.k.a "loader.exe").
>>You Must use Loader.exe provided in this Topic.

//USAGE//

Place LSVIP anywhere.
Open LSVIP.exe
Press the only button to locate "loader.exe". (Inside Nulled's folder).
Loader.exe will be opened, just wait, till the Main window changes title.
Now enter in a custom game to test this.

>>>Following times L# will be opened along with LSVIP so no need to press any button.

Notes:

-It may give some false positive for Antiviruses, because this is packed. Just make an exception of the file for your antivirus.
Or you might not have enough privileges in your windows account, recommended to be Administrator.
For those who have already assemblies in official L#, just copy config.xml to the new folder before opening crack. (Update+compile, perhaps needs some restarts).
